Elitfotboll Dam

With the help of Hyker Security’s cloud service, Konfident, a so-called. “Digital bookshelf” was created where the club’s information was stored. In this way, it was possible to ensure that all information was available to those who would have access to it.

The result of using Konfident has made us work smarter and has started to build our own information library together with our associations. We are very pleased with Hyker and can highly recommend Konfident to those who have the same challenges we had.

How Elitfotboll Dam could ensure that all information was stored in one place.

Clients

Elitfotboll Dam was founded in 1978 and is an interest organization for the two highest leagues in women’s football in Sweden, OBOS Damallsvenskan and Elitettan. Together, EFD and the clubs pursue issues of interest related to women’s football.

The challenge

A challenge that EFD faced was to ensure that the information collected by the club’s representatives remained in the club even after a representative left. The problem that existed was that people had information on their own computers and when they stopped the information came and the club had to start all over again to create information that was already available but not available.

Another problem was that employees at EFD emailed information to the clubs who then did not share the information. As it is not possible to follow up whether an e-mail has been read or not, this created an extra workload for the employees internally at Elitfotboll Dam as it was a lot of duplication of work and unnecessary mail to ask if the club had gained access to the information.

Solution

With the help of Hyker Security’s cloud service, Konfident, a so-called. “Digital bookshelf” was created where the club’s information was stored. In this way, it was possible to ensure that all information was available to those who would have access to it.

Since you can see if a person has participated in the information in the service, the employees at EFD can be sure that the shared information came to the person who would have it and easily follow up if someone had to contact.

Why Konfident

“In the past, we had to send out to the clubs several times to make sure everyone had the information they needed, which resulted in a higher workload and more email.” says Thomas Westlund, project manager for marketing and communication at Elitfotboll Dam.

“After using Konfident, we feel that we can more easily reach out with information to the club’s representatives and make sure they have participated in it.”

The implementation project

From the beginning we had problems with our mail supplier who did not send the mail sent from Konfident but after quick help from Hyker we got off to a smooth start.

The club’s representatives have been offered a webinar on a number of occasions held by Hyker’s staff to help them get started and answer the questions that have arisen. After that, the use of Konfident has worked very well.

“When new clubs come, our Hyker representative is quick to hold new webinars so that the new ones get into the service as quickly as possible and start using it from the beginning.”

We knew we had problems sharing information we needed to solve but had not started looking for solutions yet. One of Hyker’s representatives heard from us and we thought it was interesting to listen and check their solution because they were already working with a couple of associations that are part of our organization. After taking a closer look at Konfident, we realized that it is a service that has facilitated the work internally with us at Elitfotboll Dam and that helps the associations.

“We have the task of helping the associations with digital tools and quickly realized that Konfident was a service that would be helpful to them” Thomas Westlund.

The result

The result of using Konfident has made us work smarter and has started to build our own information library together with our associations. We are very pleased with Hyker and can highly recommend Konfident to those who have the same challenges we had.
